Welcome to Crispy Treat — a small, mom-owned business baking up nostalgic, gourmet rice crispy treats with love!

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

All treats are made fresh to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation.
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
Pickup is by appointment in San Bernardino, CA.
Use the note box at checkout to share delivery details, flavor preferences, or allergy info.

Pickup: By appointment only in San Bernardino, CA.
Local Delivery: Available for $10, subject to availability and within service areas listed on the Pickup & Delivery Info page.
Shipping (U.S. only): Flat rate of $15 per order.
- Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
- Shipping is via Priority Mail (1–3 days).
- Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.
- Summer shipments include heat protection (thermal packaging + ice packs for chocolate treats).

If you’re running late for pickup, please reach out — I understand life happens!

Once your order is picked up, delivered, or shipped, Crispy Treat is not responsible for:

Melting, softening, or exposure to heat during or after delivery/shipping.
Damage during transit (shipping carriers handle the package after it leaves my hands).
Improper storage once received.

For best results, store your treats in a cool, dry place and enjoy within a few days.

Because all treats are custom-made and supplies are purchased in advance:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order is placed.

By purchasing, you agree that photos of your treats may be shared on @crispy_treat_ (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
